JOY
your joy is my joy, your smile is my smile.
sometimes I wonder what is the joy of my heart.
It is only through some things that I got my answer.
is my joy my own joy?
you can be really happy and overjoyed over the things and happenings in your own life, and that is normal.
However, above and beyond my own joy, I realised there are many things that contribute and determine the joy in my life too. It's simply not that simple.
There are issues in my life that got me to realise my joy is so much dependent on the joy of others. so much so that even if I was feeling great on a particular day, when I know someone whom I know is not having the joy in their hearts, my joy will falter.
how true it is to say
"when your happiness is dependent on others, it will be easily taken away".
this also applies to our loved ones, which come to think about it they are the ones whom we are so dependent on, but one thing we have to remember is they are humans too. Their hearts can change their attitude can change....
time and again..i'm feeling it time and again..
precisely that is why we cannot completely depend our hapiness on people of the world.
The reason why this has been affecting me is because I care, and I love people.
but sometimes I do wish I could care less, and even to heck care.
However, what brings joy to me is when I see great joy in others, esp so if I did play a part in finding that joy. Seeing the smiles and joy in others really warm my heart... i just so love it.
to my loved ones(friends and all), i just want you to know i care and i love you;
your joy is my joy, your smile is my smile.
Speak to this mountain, To move into the ocean,
Your authority given to me.
No matter what happens, Here I am standing,
On the hope of Your word,
Promised to me.
