this is going to be a wordy post as i only intend to post one picture. (:

It's OVALTINE! :DDDD
You will not be able to get this packet of overtine anywhere in singapore, but only GoldenMiles THAI supermarket. brilliant me. haha!
i was just wanted to roam around goldenmile and then i saw the supermarket:D
the moment i stepped into the supermarket, i felt as though i was in BKK!
when i saw those glass bottles of fanta and coke, i was reminded of my BKK trips (:
and when i saw those bottles, i was thinking since they sell so many thai products, then they probably sell my overtine packets too! so indeed they do! i was grinning from ear to ear when i saw it. weehee.. now i know where to get them!
okay.. recently i have gone into an " Iced Overtine craze" ! a few weeks ago i had my very first cup of iced ovaltines at paragon's Ah mei cafe after a longlong time. I only drink ovaltines when i go to either Hongkong or bangkok. If you travel to hongkong long enough, you should realised that they don't have milo, but only overtine.
what i love is the tiny overtine packets they sell in their local convenient stores.
enough of ovaltines, let's move on to other stuff.

so last tues was my last day of SEM one. I should say that the say day ended in a very weird way? cos only abt 9 turned up for lesson. the rest either didnt come or went N class to play their CS. sad to say that we didn't take one last class photo too, and neither did we have a class celebration. only lynn eileen mich and i went to sakae for buffet. so maybe you can call that a ultra mini class dinner? haha.
how sad that it's the end of sem 1. that means we are going to split as a class.
these 4 months might sounds short to you, but to me i do not think that is short because i've learnt quite a bit in these 4 mths. Not forgetting the friends i have made that feels like i've known them for at least a year. anyways, i'm really grateful for my friends and facis. I have totally wonderful facis!!!
i'm looking forward to the 29th, class bbq (:

Things that happened for the past few days have made me stop to think.
And now I decided to take up a part time job to earn my very first dollar with my own hands(:
Indeed it's a challenge to me, but i'll try. I have already gone for my very first interview at boarders. (:
I'll be strong.

Friday was a total HORRID day.
Ever since I stepped into RP, Friday was the day where I really tasted the "not so happy" part in RP.
seriously, my patience, my limits, and my tolerance level were being tested. It was so bad that I was close to tears.

I do not wish to say out the whole "story" once again, as I have already repeated myself for I don't know how many times. Thanks a lot to those people who bared with all my so called complaints, even when i was already in the indoor stadium waiting for FOP (Festival Of Praise) to start, I was still complaining. Btw, FOP was great! (:
And after having supper with my mum that night, i just sat in the car venting all my angers. I think my mum was kind of shocked to see me being so uptight, because i have never complain to her about such things before. But at the same time I felt a sense of warmth in my heart. I guess this is God's blessing in disguise as He has given me the chance to spend quality time with my mum. Even though it was just for about maybe 5 to 10mins, but it is really rare for me to have such heart to heart talks with her, so that still puts a smile on my face. (:

After thinking through, I just feel it could be because I have always been so sheltered that i have not enough experience in this aspect of life. I have not seen the bad side of things like this, as i am always surrounded by awesome awesome friends. So perhaps God wants me to know how lucky I am and at the same time wants to show me what the outside world is like.
I'll just take this as an experience then.
But one thing i must say.
Being lazy is one thing. Being insensitive to your surroundings and others is another.
If someone can be both lazy and insensitive, then i think it's time for them to do some self reflection.

All in all, friday has showed me the reasons for loving my circle of friends so much, and all the more I should treasure every single one of them.
And also, I want to Thank God for always making me feel so loved in times like this.

On a brighter note,

we had our captains ball on monday!!!:D
it was truely a time where i see our w25k spirit!
Surely, it was a day to be remembered, and it will be one of the highlights of my time in RP.
I just simple loved the time spent I have spent with you guys. It was truely enjoyable(:
Although we came in 3rd and so we are not qualified for the finals, I did not feel sad at all because I feel that the quality time and fun spent together was so much more valueable and meaningful.

I MUST TALK ABOUT THIS TOO!!! HAHAHAAHAHA
GUESS WHAT! This was our FIRE DRILL! :D:D:D
Remember in sec sch, our teachers always say "Don't take anything with you, just run"
In RP, " please take everything with you even your laptops. which is actually EVERYTHING!"
We were even told the time of the firedrill, and the alarm was pathetic!
Instead of people running down, I felt as though I was taking a stroll down. The best part is people were taking photos everywhere! HAHAHAHA.
yesyes and i will never forget Asyrani's " THIS IS A STUPID DRILL..."
HAHAHAHA HILARIOUS!
